Clippah Media

Terms and Conditions

These terms cover buying clip packs and monthly clip subscriptions from Clippah Media through clippahmedia.com.

Effective 26 September 2026

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply when a creator, podcaster, brand or business buys a one-off clip pack or a monthly clip subscription from Clippah Media through clippahmedia.com. An order or checkout may add purchase-specific details; if it conflicts with these terms, the purchase-specific terms take priority for that order.

2. What we do

You send us your long-form videos, as files or as YouTube, Twitch or Kick links. We find the strongest moments, edit them into vertical clips with captions, and deliver them to your private Google Drive folder, organised by source video, with an email each time a batch is ready.

Posting is always yours. Clippah does not publish, schedule or post anything to your accounts or to any platform, and does not manage your channels. Every clip arrives ready for you to post yourself, whenever you want.

Clip packs are one-off purchases: a set of clips cut from one or more videos you send. Monthly subscriptions cover the videos you upload while subscribed, up to the clips-per-video, clips-per-month and footage-length limits of the plan you choose at checkout. What counts toward your allowance is shown at checkout before you pay.

We may adjust editing methods or output formats when platforms change their formats, rules or technical requirements, while keeping the service materially the same.

3. What we need from you

You must have the rights and permissions needed for the footage, music, branding and other material you give us. A link to a video does not by itself prove you may have it edited; we may ask for evidence of rights or decline material.

You must give us accurate instructions and any brand guardrails you want applied. You remain responsible for claims, offers and factual statements contained in your source material. You must not ask us to edit unlawful, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content.

4. Content rights

Your source content stays yours. You give us a limited licence to access, store, edit and format it only to deliver the service. Once the related fees are paid, you may use the final clips made for you without an extra fee. Clippah Media keeps ownership of its general workflows, templates, systems and know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

5. Platforms

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms are independent services. Their rules, reach, features and availability can change. We cannot guarantee views, followers, monetisation, approval or any platform outcome for clips you post, and you are responsible for how and when you publish and for following each platform's rules.

6. Fees, trials and payment

Prices, included output and billing dates are shown at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Taxes that legally apply will be shown or charged as required.

Free trial: every subscription plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is taken at signup and is charged only if you stay on after the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Fees for clips already delivered are not refundable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Changes and cancellation

You can change plan or cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date; the plan runs until the end of the paid period and then stops. To change or cancel, email [email protected] and we will action it before the next billing date.

8. Confidentiality and data

Your clips are delivered to your private folder and are not shared with other customers. Each side will protect non-public business information received from the other and use it only for the work. We may use service providers needed to edit, store and deliver your clips and to take payment, but only for delivering the service, and we take reasonable security steps. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

9. Our responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If something within our control is materially wrong, tell us promptly and give us a reasonable chance to fix it or replace the affected clips. To the extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Clippah Media's total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides will try in good faith to settle the issue directly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place an order or start a billing period applies to it unless we both agree otherwise in writing.

Plain-English summary: you keep your original content, we turn it into clips and deliver them to your private folder, paid final clips are yours to use, posting is always yours, and platform performance can never be guaranteed.
