Self-serve API terms

1. Where these terms apply

These terms supplement the Clippah Media terms when you use a self-serve clipping API or connector. Your checkout or order may specify output, price and timing. If an agreed order conflicts with these terms, the agreed order controls.

2. Content rights and permitted use

You may submit only material you own or have permission to provide and edit, including its audio, images and people’s information. You give Clippah a limited licence to process and store that material only to deliver the requested service. A YouTube link alone does not prove that downloading or editing the video is permitted by YouTube or the rights holder. We may require you to upload your own source file or provide evidence of rights.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material, attempt to access another customer’s jobs or share credentials. We may pause or reject a job while checking rights or safety.

3. Jobs and output

Clippah will show the available formats and output count before a job starts. Render and download times can vary with file size, source availability and technical limits; a fixed turnaround is not guaranteed. Review the finished clips before you publish. You are responsible for how you use them on third-party platforms and for following those platforms’ rules. We cannot guarantee approval, views, followers or revenue.

4. Price and failed jobs

Any price or credit use must be shown before you place a paid order. Pricing, payment and refunds for a self-serve product will be stated at checkout when that product is live. No paid self-serve order is available yet. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Access, retention and complaints

Keep your account credentials private. We may limit or suspend access for misuse, security or rights concerns. The download window and retention period will be shown when the self-serve service launches. If an output is defective, or you have a rights or privacy complaint, contact [email protected] with the job reference.

6. Other terms

The Clippah Media terms cover matters not addressed here, including general liability and law. We may update these self-serve terms for future orders; the version applicable to an order is the version shown when it is placed.
